We use Bex couriers to ship out all orders nationwide.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery. However, it is important to note that certain outlaying areas are only serviced once or twice a week, so that may delay the delivery.

All orders that are paid and cleared will be processed within 24-48 hours, unless it is otherwise stated or that a special order had to be placed. Please note that some items may have to be brought in from the suppliers and that may delay the process.

Orders that have been placed on a Friday will only be processed on the following business day. No orders will be shipped out over weekends.

In the event that we have made a mistake and the product is out of stock we will offer you a alternative or a full refund. You will also have the option to wait until stock is available.
