Returns and Refunds

1. General Policy

At Erafusion , we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it according to the guidelines below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Any item that is damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified)

4. How to Request a Return

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@erafusion.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping: Return the item using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
